Facilities. The company specialises in providing high quality repair and overhaul of general aviation and corporate aircraft Instrument and Avionics. Our team of skilled Technicians is equipped with the latest technology, to ensure world class quality. Our controlled environment facilities include the following:
Customer Support. Customer support and technical services are the primary function of our business. Our managment team communicates and liaises with customers to maintain maximum customer service. Support elements include co-production programs, training, publications, warranty and other services. We also offer an exchange program to reduce customer down time. Our pool consists of a wide range of instruments and radios. Training. Training and Technical Services are a major part of Chapman Avionics total support. Training facilities includes a modern class room, shop equipment, and component overhaul. Our training class room consists of both audio and visual training aids. We have a qualified trainer on staff. A catering service is provided to ensure a minimum of disruption to the training program. Warranty. Sales Warranty - The warranty on new radios, instruments and spare parts is supported by the manufacturer and administered by our warranty administration staff. Customers are requested to forward a copy of the Equipment Warranty registration to substantiate any claim. Repair Warranty - All component overhauls and repairs are covered by our warranty program. It provides for local repair, manufacturer repair or warranty credit against replacement parts cost. Warranty is based on labour and materials used in the previous arising. Special Services
Exchange: This program includes a select number of radio and instruments. These units will be exchanged on an "as available" basis. Detailed information and pricing can be obtained by contacting our spares administrator. Credit card purchases: Chapman Avionics will accept Visa and Mastercard on purchases and repairs. |
